Cancellation of Orders and Refund
Digital Version
You have 24 hours after placing your order to cancel it and get a full refund. However, it is difficult to issue a full refund for cancellations after our artist starts working on your portrait. We will provide you with two product revisions until you are completely satisfied with your illustration. If you still want to cancel after the drawing process starts, we will issue a refund according to the progress of the artwork till the cancellation time. Please email support@petartindia.com with all relevant information, and we will gladly assist you.
Printed Version
We always ask for your approval before we send an illustration for printing. If you change your mind and no longer want the printed version, please email support@petartindia.com within 48 hours of receiving the approval email or WhatsApp message . If the printing process has not started, we can cancel the printing request and refund the difference between the digital version and the printed version.
Replacement of Damaged and Defective Products
If you receive any printed product that is defective or damaged, please send us an email at support@petartindia.com with a photo of the item. We will send you a replacement product as soon as possible.
